That can't be the right score

Why not? 09 has been weak for several years and is BSCs weakest year. The rankings app actually has Coppermine higher.

Not to mention November results in MD can be funky coming off high school season when they haven’t played a game together in half a year.

Another bad result for BSC today.

Are there injuries?

Tying a team ranked higher isn’t a bad result for a team that is already bad. Not all ECNL teams are good, just like the Pittsburg ECNL team. Both teams are bad. Not everyone can be VDA 09s.

Not every year team can be an ECNL playoff team. If a Club can get two or three teams into playoffs, that is great! Unless you are in SoCal or Dallas…then it is expected.

Union dominating 2010 bracket and host goes winless. Nothing to see here right cause it’s their preseason?

PPA Green neck to neck with BSC

Not too sure who Paul Torres is. lol! Kiddos develop their skills at different rates. As a former club soccer parent- every parent thinks their kid is the next Messi or World Cup Player Soccer is a beautiful sport.STOP beating up the coaches and Directors. Figure out where your kid will flourish and STOP putting your parent ego first. Maybe it is great to work hard and get into the school that you would of otherwise would not of. Relax!!!
Honestly parents have lost their minds. There is a lot more than playing soccer in college. Figure out all the great things that team sports does for your kiddos. Apply those and find a college and path that will make your kiddo happy!!!

Complaining about anything will NOT get you anywhere. It is all on the field. Work hard!!

Why am I sensing people do not understand club soccer as a very competitive sport? Find the right club, team and organization for your needs!! Whether it is MSI, Potomac, McLean, etc. There are a lot of opportunities for kids to shine. If they’re are really good—-THEY WILL BE FOUND! Then given the right opportunities. If you just complain the ENTIRE time- no one wants to hear you. Move on and find the right place/ fit!!! Amen!

** Sometimes it is NOT the right fit. It feels ‘great’ blaming everything on the club, coach or other. Do you and yourself a favor and find the RIGHT place!!

??? You must of had a bad day. Move on.

Figure out where you fit and do it. There is too much crap and negative folks in this world. Everyone needs to do their homework on all clubs to figure out where YOU as a parent and YOUR player will prosper. Attacking clubs will NOT get you anywhere. The DMV has some of THE BEST clubs. Pick one and work to be the best!! Everyone needs to relax and stop blaming the system, the leagues, the conferences and infrastructure. Happy holidays— give it a break!!!!!!!

I'm now wondering why we tolerated such disorganization and chaos for years. We all know the draw is the platforms of BSC and the college recruiting potential, but at what cost? There are no planning meetings, no evaluations of players, zero accountability, favoritism and nepotism, and the practice schedule...where to start there? It's a pure mess. Don't be fascinated by the so-called almighty Bethesda. You can get a better experience elsewhere and be treated like a human.

Tell me your kid got cut without telling me your kid got cut.

OP here...kid definitely did NOT get cut. Decision was ours.

No chance your daughter is a good player. It only gets worse for you from here.

Why do people like you even bother to post? Is your life really that miserable that this somehow gives you enjoyment?

****FIND THE RIGHT FIT!
****Please stop blaming the system. It is very competitive. Girls or Boys side on any Travel/Club team. So much more to you and your kids life!!

Muldoon Farms is a great facility. What really is THE problem. Did your team and player lose? Such a first world problem. Really time to addresss how you can make yourself player and team happy. Play in a different tournament or a field? The DMV has limited access to SOCCER fields. It is just the way it is.

**As a U9 parent- a million years ago— if I got upset and acted the way the last poster did—- we would of not learned, developed and got better. It is U9 soccer. Get real and stop bashing the littles. Please understand that every sport requires development. It does not matter what level or club you play for. DEEP BREATH DMV parents. Please! 🙏🏻

I get there is too much complaining in the world but calling a horse field a great facility for soccer is a bit of a stretch.
