I find it weird some of you really like the couple when it's so apparent they're social climbing wannabes who live an incredibly privileged lifestyle while lecturing others on what to do. What exactly have they *accomplished* in a meaningful way beyond whining and complaining? I find it all a bit puzzling.

Harry is already a prince what is he social climbing to become?

He wants the title, but he doesn’t want to actually work.

He wants more money and less work, and he wants to be celebrity who is adored—that’s why he bailed on London and went to CA.

All of this would be fine with me if just did it quietly and with a sense of humility. Unfortunately, they are over-exposed, constantly seeking attention, and when they have a microphone they come off as whiners demanding to be put on a pedestal and praised for their compassion and charity. It’s just gross. You aren’t supposed to seek attention for charity.

They just aren’t good people. They are just as vapid and money-driven as every other celeb in CA.

Well, he rejected Britain's beloved monarchy, ditched the UK and moved to the US. It's understandable that the British people wouldn't like him as much now. It goes to show you that they liked him only when he was willing to play along by the "rules."

No, that's not what it shows. You were right the first time.

The point is that his popularity didn't continue when he chose to live a different life. Was there honestly ever going to be a scenario where he could walk away and still maintain his popularity? Seems unlikely.

The Swedish princess who left seems to be happy in her total obscurity. I don't know how popular she is back in Sweden (not very, it seems, from my very quick look) but she's not in the papers all the time talking about how terrible the family and childhood was. Like Harry is.

Is she the one who’s taken up with an actual shaman?

Her father wasn’t caught on the phone telling his mistress he wished he were her tampon.

That cover is cringeworthy. It's clearly been set up as well as photoshop-ed in a way to make her dominant/center stage and him the accessory.

No, that's the Norwegian princess who is still in Norway but isn't a princess royal anymore.

Thomas Markle has finally admitted on camera that all of his disruptive antics and interviews pre-wedding was set-up expressly to get the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle called off.

Now I wonder who could have possibly orchestrated all that...

Welll now we know why the rota has been instructed to follow the story of the diamond ring so heavily...to distract from the fact that Markle outed the palace in a scheme to destroy Meghan from the beginning.

As for Markle, I hope all of you sanctimonious idiots who insisted that Meghan needs to see her father, Meghan needs to forgive her father in person, Meghan needs to fly to Mexico with her fiance/husband, Meghan needs to show him is grandchild (the only one he cares about), Meghan needs to do this/do that - SUCK ROCKS.

He did more than just say he was coached. He said his only contact was Jason Knauf at Kensington Palace. The same Jason Knauf who brought the false bullying allegations against Meghan Markle on behalf of palace aides who refused to back up his claims. The same Jason Knauf who was subsequently fired in June/July 2021 after the Daily Fail lost their huge court case. The same Jason Knauf that was exiled to India with his husband and oh...coincidentally the husband's boss (Dominic Raab) was just fired this week as Foreign Secretary for the U.K.

Although that last piece is just coincidence I'm sure.

Whoa. I've been critical of the tabloids, but I never imagined this was an orchestrated campaign. Wow.

So, if William tried to make the marriage not happen, as a member of the BRF, was he wrong? In hindsight, was the marriage the best thing for the UK? Or even for Harry himself, who has newly discovered his unhappiness?

Will be interesting to see how this shakes out considering none of the parties involved have a history of being honest.

I don't see how you can argue the marriage wasn't 'the best thing for the UK' as Meghan reallly did flourish as a representative of the crown. 3 months after the wedding she was on a 61-engagement two week tour for the UK and wowed the government representatives of AU-NZ. She did her job and did it so well she made William and his wife look like lazy flops.

So yes. He was wrong. And now that he has bullied them out of the country, its being questioned if he can even hold his own.

Britain’s constitutional monarchy exists through the consent of the people. If it loses their support, it’s finished. So why is so much going wrong with the royal family?

Hindsight and includes now, dear. Meghan is not the best thing to happen to the BRF. She was good for a while. But marrying an American is the equivalent of divorcing the family, for the BRF.

Hindsight? Those tours are planned a year in advance. Especially ones that involve meeting with multiple heads of state. William knew exactly what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were working on in support of the BRF and the British government by the time they were engaged in November 2017. Not to mention the fact that her first project - the Grenfell cookbook fund which raised $1 million - was something Meghan was working on in January 2018, six months before her wedding date. Again something William would have been well aware of. As it also was organized via Kensington Palace and was of benefit to the British public.

So yeah. He knew she was awesome in her role for the BRF and committed to do the work. Yet he still tried to sabotage her WEDDING. His own brother's wedding. Just pure evil.
