Well, he rejected Britain's beloved monarchy, ditched the UK and moved to the US. It's understandable that the British people wouldn't like him as much now. It goes to show you that they liked him only when he was willing to play along by the "rules."

I was making an observation. She looks like Jennifer Lawrence in the photo. Why would you think that's supposed to be an insult? Jennifer Lawrence is accomplished and pretty, and by all accounts, a nice person.

I also grew up thinking Harry was hot. So yeah not shocking that I am on their side. Why is it so confusing to you that two beautiful celebrities have a lot of admirers?

The point is that his popularity didn't continue when he chose to live a different life. Was there honestly ever going to be a scenario where he could walk away and still maintain his popularity? Seems unlikely.

The Swedish princess who left seems to be happy in her total obscurity. I don't know how popular she is back in Sweden (not very, it seems, from my very quick look) but she's not in the papers all the time talking about how terrible the family and childhood was. Like Harry is.

The British public also dislikes them. Which, as you say, is not unusual. The public, any country with a monarchy, doesn't really like it when their royalty ditches them and moves to California. Why would they?

The unusual part is that Harry doesn't seem to like it.
