I agree with this. And the ad blitz by the Rs has been intense over the past couple of weeks, all about Jones' texts. I think some of the true centrists will also feel better about voting for Spanberger if they can split their ballot.

Demographics aren't destiny. I'm liberal AF (not "I'm a liberal but," just straight-up liberal), and my kids are even more so. But technically we should be MAGA

Another mom of a first time voter who voted all D. She is tired of maga killing the economy and wrecking her job prospects. We talked about Jones’s horrible texts but it didn’t sway her vote. Especially with the daily releases of R racist texts and January 6 pardonees committing new crimes.
