| I find that when I shop at Moms Organic Market, I buy very different, healthier foods than if I went to Safeway or Whole Foods. It's whatever I see that catches my eye. Or if I buy the weekly harvest box from local farmer. So many veggies to use in a week. |

| Cabbage -based soups, made many different ways. I make about 2days worth. Lots of different seasonings and veggies, usually with beans or potatoes but not both (too carby.) No meat. So yummy, and I always lose a pound or 2 over those days. |
