At last Philip did something worthwhile.

Every year the public is going to mourn Phillip's death on this date. EVERY. YEAR. I just...wow.

#Diana’sRevenge

I mean...really. This is insane.

I wouldn’t be so sure. She might enjoy the spotlight. If they show up together, they will be the story. Plus, she has very few opportunities to wear a fascinator.

I suspect it will be made known that Meghan is not welcome. They can use the Covid restrictions as an excuse and the Harkles make the story that she’s too pregnant to travel.

Nope. She easily has another 5-10 years left. Her mother lived until 101.

+2 the British royals who avoid heavy drinking and smoking and the health conditions associated with them live a long, LONG time. The Queen seems to be in great health for a 90+ year old.

His wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant in a pandemic which has terrible consequences for birthing mothers. I wouldn't blame him if he didn't.

Also British funeral restrictions limit to 15 - not even sure if that includes the Queen's servants or not - she's always surrounded by dozens.

Even if they're nice and say that the 15 limit is just for the family mourners and the priest....that's 5 empty spots when you ignore Anne's absent husband and ALL of Prince Phillip's relatives who are direct descendants of the union between him & Elizabeth.

Bottom line - its a tight list.

Anne's absent husband? He's not absent at all, he goes to all of the family events. He's just not a working royal.

I've never heard of a royal couple where half of the couple doesn't work at all...but you're right - he was there at Princess Eugenie's wedding by Anne's side.

Princess Anne looks good in this photo. Her face reflects her age, but she looks both elegant and svelte.

Would you stop with the age-shaming. There should be no 'but' in your sentence. She looks both elegant and svelte. How old her face looks has nothing to do with it.

If the BRF tells Harry not to bring Meghan, then he won’t go. He will release a statement saying his family wouldn’t include his wife, and he wouldn’t go without her. Heck, he might release that statement even if it isn’t true.

I bet Harry goes.

Aren't they all vaccinated by now?

George? You mean William? George is her little boy.

Yes, George. In line for the throne.

George obviously isn’t and I would assume the older ones have both doses and the younger have at least one. But I can’t see how George can go if covid protocols limit to 15.

Why not? He's in line.

George is 7. Aside from the balcony at Trooping the Color, he's never done a formal public engagement and I doubt his parents will start with a funeral. Especially considering how massive the focus will be and that William has bad memories following his own mother's casket.

On top of the limits of the 15 Covid funeral mourners means no great-grandchildren will be included at all.

He lived a long life.

People are leaving flowers at the palace gates. Not seeing a lot of masking. Trouble for the UK.

Not really. True of widowers but not widows. But she is also near the end of her life. 94.

Hopefully she will continue to have a great life. Her mother, the Queen Mum lived to 102 or 103 years old. So, some good innings left, we hope.

But he’s not just another great-grandchild. He’s a future King.

While funerals are sad, a great-grandchild won’t have the same feelings William did when he lost his mother.

Our kids went to funerals when they were young. It’s not traumatic.

Definitely without Meghan if he does show up.

Without bc she's pregnant.

Also all of you thinking these people are not vaccinated are nuts. Of course they've been vaccinated and would travel!
