It's called Bagels Etc. and if you look a few posts up from your post you'll see a couple of people already mentioned it. I work nearby and agree their bagels are the BEST. I would often buy the bag of day-old bagels to bring home. Pre-covid I'd go there for a breakfast sandwich and always ran into a handful of my coworkers doing the same. I'm so glad they survived the work shutodwn situation and look forward to getting an occasional bagel breakfast sandwich when I go back in person in a few weeks.

They're the best! I'm another NY transplant and I live a short walk from them and am so glad they survived! I've tried Call Your Mother, Bethesda, Yael, and a few others but these are still my favorite. FWIW they also make a mean club sandwich.
