The report isn’t false. The report says “I am getting harassing phone calls. I believe they are from Larla.” OP has the call log to back this up.

A false report is “Larla broke into my house and boiled my bunny”. There is nothing to back that up.

Call log with a number she has zero idea if it truly is Larla.

No. Police are not going to investigate a night of phone calls. Are you people slow?

We have had much more dire circumstances on our street and the police won't even come out or do anything. Prank calls and hang ups (especially in one night) are not rising to the level of police action.
