Many Asians are marching for BLM in various cities. BTS has donated millions to BLM and their fans also have donated lot of money and famously trolled Trump campaign rally (Oklahoma) etc.

Yes, a few Asians ( mostly younger ones) are marching and supporting BLM Now. But where were they before this year, before BLM? The vast majority of Asians are in fact against BLM and you know that. Check out any social platform.

Incoming TJ students have average GPA of 3.96. Instead of these students, who have worked very hard, they want to lower the criteria to 3.5.

3.96? Is that weighted? That's awful high if out of 4

3.5 is ridiculously low, given the current average. Algebra 1 by 8th grade also isn't much of a cut off. The kids who are into STEM are doing at least Algebra 1 in 7th grade. My DD is taking Algebra 1 honors as a 7th grader and she's honestly not even that good at math.

Not every school offers Geometry in Middle School and not all FCPS students are on the path to take Algebra in 7th grade. That is part of the problem. As for GPA, if you are coming from a private school or outside of FCPS, everyone does not earn all A's.
