How in the hell did DJO land Coach DiCamillo? He coached my son's 2017 team for years and we were lucky to have him.

Stand up guy. Helping out a school in need. Real deal...and reason VLC continues to rise above all the noise and is best offering for club lax in VA.

No mom and dad intervention, pure good club and purely good values. Knights are lucky to have his help. He is good to take on a dismal team in a pandemic year that will be tough but also maybe low stress.

WCAC is planning to play. A schedule (no championship) has been developed and shared with coaches. Games slated to start April 28 and run through May 26.

DJO has never had a strong lacrosse program and it's going to take a lot more than an "interim" coach to turn that around.

DJO put up 3 and let in 17 against Bullis last spring. DJO wasn’t deep nor shined at individual player level but played like they had solid coaching last spring.

Not knowing any history of WCAC schools beyond superficial details I don't understand how O'Connell can't get better lacrosse players.

I happened to see them practice a few times before the season, and what I'm sure was a mix of Varsity and JV seemed to need a lot of help at least compared to what I thought a WCAC would look like. "Dico" seemed like a good coach, though he was very much in the public so I'm not sure tame he was compared to a practice on campus.

DJO may not win a game this year unless they beat Ireton coached by Pat Young.
