Ikea—dining room tables.
Yea the dining room table selection has several options that make a great sturdy and large desk. Strongly recommend instead of their flimsy office collection. |

TOO HIGH, Y’ALL. These are for early elementary kids. Table height should be no more than 24” or so. |

I bought fully adjustable Stokke high chairs that grow with your child when my kids were babies and after removing the infant safety harness, they used them until they could sit normally on regular chairs. The Stokke chairs have both a seat and a footrest that you can move down as the child grows, which means they can always sit at a regular table safely and comfortably. Very good investments. |

We bought just legs from ikea (adjustable height between 23⅝-35⅜"). You can also buy legs from Amazon or any other place.
Picking up a wooden top from HomeDepot. My son wanted a longer desk, daughter had an area she wanted it to fit, so it's slightly smaller. Then painting the top for our daughter, and staining for our son. It's our project for this weekend. The legs are $15 each. My daughter only needs two legs, because we used a file cabinet for the opposite end. |
| Google 'crib desks' and look at the images. You can have a nice wooden desk by repurposing an old crib. |
My kids have adjustable gaming chairs that fit just fine for this. |
| We just got a nice L shaped desk and pink desk chair from Walmart.com. Arrived in less than a week. |
LOL back at you and stupid post looking for a stylish baby desk for your 7 year old.

Why do you have to get a kid desk? Why not just get a taller chair?
I have 3 kids ages 3-10. We have a home office with a giant executive desk with 2 huge monitors and all three kids can sit in there just fine. We had just gotten a new kitchen table so we moved our old ultra modern kitchen table into a computer desk for my 8yo. It was fine for him to eat on and now works great as a desk. We bought a new monitor, printer, keyboard and mouse. We put this table in a room with all windows and all 3 kids like this table the best. I actually have multiple kid desks, art tables and small kitchen table. I bought this small furniture when I had a preschooler. My youngest is 3 and has no interest in the small furniture. I should donate them. |
I want their feet on the floor. I think people should have furniture that fits them. Adults included. Most of us have back and neck issues because desks are made for a 6’ tall man. |
I’m not looking for toddler furniture. My struggle was that there is nothing in between toddler furniture and adult furniture. |
| OP is done but fir that lower height maybe end tables with a board top. My kids used a mini dining room table from ikea when they were 3 for game and art. |
| Feet touch the floor issue probably could be met some other way. Lots of mini step kid step stools. Or anything really. I wouldn’t go for that pink thing. Would be outgrown before you got it home. |
