Yep. He did and does have a sterling professional and personal reputation. He was lauded by everyone he’s ever worked with, mentored, or befriended. That’s enough for me.

That was all explained during the closed door hearings.
Senators were apparently satisfied with the answers and evidence they received because they did not raise concerns over this.
The left had a well-oiled media machine and well-funded groups pushing stories like this and anything that could sully Kavanaugh's name and reputation and prevent him from being confirmed.
It didn't work, thankfully.

I'm the OP and I actually thought maybe the Trumpsters would take this slightly more seriously this time because a man says he witnessed Kavanaugh shoving his penis into an unconsenting woman at a party. I mean it wasn't just some emotional woman who doesn't know how to take a joke this time, right? We have some stolid and credible testimony now that another man says it happened.
