Yes they did, Trump campaign was glad to have foreign interference and ignored the warning. |

Ah is this the Fox “News” spin? |
If not for Adm Mike Rogers, Trump wouldn't of known the FBI was trying (in the words of Chuck Schumer) to use "...six ways from Sunday at getting back at you" |
So, Durham will find out. |
Is William Barr credible to yog? https://www.newsweek.com/william-barr-trump-campaign-russian-interference-1411801 https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/ncna830596 |
This. I've read quite a bit. From what i have read, Trump was given the "generic" security briefing--not the specific claims. |
Here’s a timeline for all interested.

Actually, we have Azra Turk as a good example of one thing the FBI or CIA did..... along with Stefan Halper. There are very likely more. Lots of questions about Natalia Veselnitskaya and her connection to Fusion GPS. And, we have Steele, himself, saying the dossier was unverified and Comey stating under oath that it was salacious and unverfiied. No spin, my friend. Facts. |
https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-trump-intelligence-briefing-russia-20161014-story.html “Former senior U.S. national security officials are dismayed at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's repeated refusal to accept the judgment of intelligence professionals that Russia stole files from the Democratic National Committee computers in an effort to influence the U.S. election. The former officials, who have served presidents in both parties, say they were bewildered when Trump cast doubt on Russia's role after receiving a classified briefing on the subject and again after an unusually blunt statement from U.S. agencies saying they were "confident" that Moscow had orchestrated the attacks. Several former intelligence officials interviewed this week believe that Trump is either willfully disputing intelligence assessments, has a blind spot on Russia, or perhaps doesn't understand the nonpartisan traditions and approach of intelligence professionals.“ |
Your links don't show what you think they do. From your first link: “I have been told during the break that a lesser kind of briefing, a security briefing that generally discusses general threats, apparently was given to the campaign in August [2016],” Barr told lawmakers after returning from a brief recess. Earlier in his testimony, the attorney general was asked by Republican Senator John Cornyn whether a “defensive briefing” was given to the Trump campaign by the FBI as part of their counterintelligence investigation. Cornyn also questioned whether the FBI told then-candidate Trump "what the Russians were trying to do and advise him to tell people affiliated with his campaign to be on their guard and be vigilant about Russian efforts to undermine public confidence in the election." “My understanding is that didn’t happen,” Barr responded. “Under these circumstances, it’s one of the things that I can’t fathom why it did not happen, if you’re concerned about interference in the election and you have substantial people involved in the campaign who were former U.S. attorneys, I don’t understand why the bureau would not have gone and given a defensive briefing.” |
Thank god for bill barr. His testimony before the senate was everything a conservative could ask for. Can’t wait to see the leaks in the post and NYT as the rats scurry for cover as barr’s Investigations get closer and closer to the truth.
Somebody get me some popcorn!! |
Maybe all the truth deniers should move to Alabama and form an autocratic theocracy of Russian love, so the rest of us can go on in the global community with our soon-to-be western allies. |
Hope the Dems enjoy living in such a great state. |
