Unsolicited Negative Feedback about College

In the last week I have had two people say DDs college is a party school. I just say not really, it takes really high stats to get in. Another knocked one of the schools DS got in and was excited about by saying in a derogatory way "of course he got in"

You know, OP, I attended some crazy-wild frat parties at MIT, and it "takes really high stats to get in" to MIT. I attended some even wilder parties at Harvard (not frat, but pretty wild), and "it takes really high stats to get in" there, too. Smart people don't just sit in libraries all the time, you know.

My definition of a "party school" is probably different from yours, though.

My definition of a party school is one where they hand out cocktails at the door to the lecture halls. When you find that school, let me know. I'll be applying.
