White teen girls decked out in MAGA gear show up to Howard Univ to troll black students

Falwell Jr. will probably offer them full scholarships for doing what they did. Neither girl sounds very bright, so aiming for a school with Liberty's academic rankings would probably be a wise choice.

Except the centuries old history of oppression would be going the other way than what was on display at Howard.

Nope. Trump is America's elected president. Whether you like it or not.

He's America's leader. PP isn't. Roe v Wade isn't. FSM isn't.

Supporting America's president is not trolling.

and they did NOTHING wrong. wearing a Trump hat on a college campus?

These silly teenagers were not wearing their hats in a vacuum.

Trump is not neutral, he is the most divisive president since Nixon, he has stoked the racial tension in this country ever since his shameful promotion of the birther conspiracy against the nation's first black president. And wearing those hats at a HBC a week after Trump's reprehensible comments about the "fine people" among the KKK and Nazis is intentionally provoking and thumbing their noses at black students

I don't agree with swiping the hat, but free speech doesn't just cover their right to wear them, it means that people can tell these young women their opinion of the disgusting man in the White House and what they think of them for supporting such a man who is spectacularly unfit to be president.

that isn't even an HU picture, FYI

To be fair, the Fisk bulldog does have a slight resemblance to a bison. But comparing Fisk to Howard would get many bison's panties in a bigger twist than two white girls showing up at Howard in MAGA hats.

If you are hot, some male students might have a certain hardness on seeing you, but other than that........

Oh yes, let's rejoice in the oppression and offense of others because - YAY! - they are girls. How incredibly offensive to women and girls, not to mention Howard students who had to put up with that sh*t. As if this is the bar women should strive for. FFS.

You misunderstand. Not yay, it's great when girls are offensive. Rather yay, girls feel free to be just as offensive as boys. Something to strive for? No. But certainly counter to the anti-feminists who claim to put women on a pedestal, and also counter to the constant social pressure on women and girls to be nice.

There are far more meaningful ways to be assertive and not "play nice". You are doing an injustice to women and feminists by trying to contort this deeply offensive behavior as some sort of righteous feminist act.

They're kids you idiot

Game of thrones says different!

Do you sleep with your sister too?

Plus, the girl in the red hat has a ton of cellulite on her legs and she hasn't even graduated h.s. She will be very fat very soon.

Someone seems just a bit too familiar with cellulite and projecting their rotund body on others. Misogynist.

Not to worry. As soon as all the Confederate memorials are removed, there will be no more racism. Whew.

It's not a righteous feminist act. It's not an unrighteous feminist act either, because it isn't any feminist act. Rather, it demonstrates that feminism has made progress in society, just like it demonstrates that feminism has made progress in society when incompetent women get promoted at work just like incompetent men. Women no longer have to be more competent than men just to get promoted -- that's progress for feminism. High school girls feel just as entitled to be offensive trolls as high school boys -- that's progress for feminism. Equal rights for women includes equal rights to be incompetent or offensive fools.

Oh, never mind.

That photograph will follow them for the rest of their lives. I doubt they are going to college, but even beauty school will not accept them.

https://www.buzzfeed.com/nidhiprakash/howard-university-maga-incident?utm_term=.phyrxZE5b2#.wy45Lwa1Z8

The two white students, from Union City High School in Pennsylvania, told BuzzFeed News they were among a group of 30 teenagers on an organized trip to see sites in Washington, DC, where the college is based. They arrived at the campus around lunchtime, and headed for the cafeteria with their school chaperones.

Allie Vandee, 16, was one of the students wearing a MAGA hat and a Trump T-shirt. She complained about the incident on Twitter soon after leaving campus.

Seriously, these kids are a bunch of trolls. Of course, they are now giving interviews on FoxNews about how they are victim-martyrs. GTFOH with this crap. Ugh.

They're also racists:
"Both teenagers claim neither they nor their chaperones on the trip knew that Howard was an HBCU, and Applequist said the plan was originally for the group to visit a zoo, not the college."

Nah Liberty U is right up their alley, that school loves this kind of thing.

Yeah, why don't you just stop. It's not just offensive, it's stupid.

Well, there will at least be fewer shrines for racists to flock to. And fewer monuments to men who were so committed to enslaving other human beings that they waged war against their own country. So, yeah, a little less racism .... That makes you uncomfortable, doesn't it?
