When will the cold-shoulder trend die???

Absolutely I have. Especially when people with fat shoulders wear the 'cold shoulder' items.

I bought a dress with the cold shoulder thing because I loved the deep red colour. I can only wear it with a cardigan or jacket. I was wearing it without when I got home and I looked so slutty that as I loaded the dishwasher, DH tried to get on it. The shoulder say 'I'm easy'. It's a really trashy look on me!!

Nooooooo!

I was almost persuaded by one, because I loved everything else about the top.

Everything else, but not the cold shoulder. What am I? Some lady perpetually on vacation bearing my sun kissed shoulders?

Die, cold shoulder.

Womens clothes are absolutely hideous right now.

On Christmas, I was horrified to learn that my sister wears cold-shoulder products. I am currently considering estrangement at this time.

You guys, it's that bad. It does not look good on you - especially if you have fit/toned shoulders. These atrocities on otherwise perfectly decent garments must come to an end.

Cutouts too...I'll pick up something perfectly nice then find it has random cutouts on it that make it totally weird and inappropriate for most settings.

Every time I go to the store I get really excited when i see a cute sweater or top. Then I take a closer look and see huge holes in the shoulders. WHYYYYY!!!!!

I know! Eileen Fisher is even in on the action, ruining an otherwise perfectly normal sweater. It isn’t going away soon enough for me.

Lilly Pulitzer had some tops that were cold shoulder-ish but the cut wasn’t very severe and more boho. I actually liked them.

But every other one, I despise. I especially hate the ones where the shoulder cutout is just a circle. They look horrible and cheap. The ones there the cutout is more of a tank-esque looking strap with a sorta wrapped upper arm are OK but still look cheap.

Why do you need to follow her? Black pants/leggings/ripped jeans + neutral top + neutral jacket. Add sneakers/booties/poorly-fitting heels. It's not hard.

But it's doing wonders for my savings account.

I can count on my hands the number of times I bought clothes last year. I'm having better luck recycling clothes from a few years ago.

I have always hated cold shoulder tops as well, think they are tacky. Not sure why because I like off the shoulder? And my shoulders are my best part!

Horrible- all these women look like Jersey Shore extras.
