These tops are seriously unflattering on everyone.

They look like giant moth holes. Why would anyone want just their shoulders poking out through huge holes?

You'd look much better in off the shoulder tops. The holes just in the shoulders are ridiculous.

Even on a beautiful model with flawless shoulders and skin, the cold-shoulder blouses look awful (to me). Like the designer or clothing maker got bored or ran out of new ideas and just churned these pieces out and said "Here--let's call this fashion and see how many people fall for it." A very silly look, and it is a waste of perfectly usable fabric.
