Sir/ma'am, you deserve a lot f respect. I wish all of the us immigrants have the same respect for our laws. |
Because it is criminal conviction and it is on his record. Why would we tun our face away from the record? |
I am sure there are plenty liberals here who are eager to provide housing, food, medical care and will foot the cost of education for this kids. Can't wait to hear the stories. |
She didn't say she's an immigrant. Said she's Hispanic. So telling that you think that means she's an immigrant. |
I am positive this was meant to be sarcastic! Our Navy Seals are monsters because they stopped the man responsible for killing thousands of American lives from continuing to plot and carry out additional attacks? And, bo-hoo, we killed him in another country? Well, that's where he was. These Navy Seals are heroes, risking their lives to save others', and I would think that even liberals would acknowledge that. |
I am afraid that sob stories like this, literally, will cause Americans to get weak at the knees to enforce our laws, which are put in place for a reason, not just to make the law books visually thicker. Lets be clear, the reason this child is crying is not because the ICE agents arrested the dad, but because the dad decided to break US laws, that caused him to be arrested.
Every criminal has a softer side, and a family, often a good loving family. A crime has been committed and we are each responsible for our decisions and actions. Immigrants, legal or otherwise, are subject to our laws like everyone else so long as they are in the United States. We cannot be afraid of enforcing the laws on our books just because it may make someone feel sad. I hope the family in the video find a way forward that is in accordance with the laws of the United States. I'm a naturalized citizen, as is my wife. I understand the yearning for a better life first hand, but there is a process, and a right way to go about it. |
At a budget meeting one wanted higher property taxes for support of illegals. Another told that person to feel free to donate. |
