Laws are selectively enforced everyday. Don't pretend you're perfect, you're not. It's the same reason why minorities get pulled over at much higher rates than whites while driving - selective, biased enforcement.

+1 It would also be better served for ICE to go after the business owners (like Trump et al). Again, cut the demand, and the supply will eventually die out.
