Yeah? It was still a complete ahole move on Kanye's part.

Folks, no it was not. Kanye has said on many occasions and in interviews that he records/video tapes all his recording sessions. Taylor knew he was in the studio, she should have at least suspected that she may be recorded.

Or more importantly, she shouldn't have lied. There would be no need to produce receipts showing she lied if, she hadn't, you know, lied. But, let these folks keep making excuses and twisting themselves into knots for her because she is a perpetual victim.

I love how the issue has become of whether Kanye shouldve taped her. The real issue is she should not have lied.

No the real issue is that Kanye she not have misled her. He was not be forthright about the song and video he planned. She never heard or saw the final products, therefore she never could have "approved" of them.

Kanye was being deliberately deceptive to Taylor and this edited tape of a one hour conversation which is intended to be so damning of Taylor actually proves without a doubt that Kanye was manipulating her. His song was not the funny "tongue in cheek" song that he was presenting to Taylor. He lied to her. And it is all on tape. Thanks Kim, you big ole dummy.

You are in a dream world. Famous is the hottest record in the club. It's already got a hot remix. And that's all Kanye cares about.

Yeah, that's all he cares about. Exactly.

Kanye spoke to Tayor without disclosing "that bitch" addition which changed the lyrics from tongue in cheek to nasty. Kim held the edited tape for months to use it in conjunction with her reality show to create a media storm. If you were upset over publicity about your spouse, would you wait four months to say anything about it. Calculating but not for the reason Kim gave us, it was about ratings.
Kim has no problem with vulgar language. I doubt Taylor would use the demeaning language the Kardashian sisters use to their mother. Would you swear and call your mom "a bitch" or allow anyone else to use that vulgar language to her either?
Kanye is just 40 and Kim is in her mid thirties, they have two children. Their actions now are way beyond acceptable to a girl Kanye has been obsessing about since she was a teenager.
I think Taylor felt duped by the phone call and lost her cool. Don't we all get really annoyed when we find we've been naive in believing someone was a friend when it turns out that they were laughing at your gullibility. As for the video, another ploy for attention.
I think the media is in a feeding frenzy and it borders on bullying. Taylor is a talented, naturally beautiful self made young woman, and I hope she knows that most people find her a great role model for their daughters.

Taylor lied. But keep finding ways to justify it. You're right. Taylor is a victim. She's so innocent-she doesn't know how things work.

Britney and Christina had a lot worse said about them by rappers-did a 10 year vet in the music business really think a rapper was going to talk about having sex with her and making her famous and not use vulgar language. No she didn't. Taylor knew exactly how that song would go and she planned her reaction perfectly - she didn't count on Kim though. So the truth comes out and she grasping at straws saying I was reacting to the "that bitch" line because it's the only way she can spin it. Of course her fans but it. But the rest of know better. She didn't have a problem with being called a bitch until she found out they had her on tape. Suddenly her story changed from he took credit for my fame to being victimized because she was called a bitch. I have a hard time believing Taylor has a problem with that term given that she calls out girls as whores on HER song. being called a bitch is a hellva lot better than being named a whore.

That's the goal. To sell music. Just like Taylor.
