I have a question about the Taylor Swift/Kanye West situation

Oh, so speaker phone in a private work discussion is the same thing as broadcasting the conversation on social media for all to hear? Maybe in your world.

No speaker phone means it was not illegal as there was no illusion of privacy based on CA law.

Here is what being on doeSker means: Under Californian law taping a “confidential” conversation without the other person knowing is a crime, but it is not a crime to record conversations that “may be overheard”. Therefore, Since Taylor was on speaker she knew the conversation could be overhead so what Kim and Kanye did was not illegal. Taylor rolled the dice once too many times and lost.

Folks, no it was not. Kanye has said on many occasions and in interviews that he records/video tapes all his recording sessions. Taylor knew he was in the studio, she should have at least suspected that she may be recorded.

At what point, does this turn into harassment of Talyor? Kim refuses to let this drop because it's such a reliable way for her to get attention, any attention. She looks so desperate.

The only song she has ever actually named someone in was Dear John. The other songs people just guessed who they were about. She has NEVER actually said this song is about this person. For all we know she has called every person she's made a song about.
