Yes, some daycares are horrible, unsafe places. But so are some homes. There are good & bad daycares. There are also good & bad SAHPs.

You're indeed doing the hardest, but most important job.

And make no mistake, people, full-time parenting IS work. Or you can outsource and pay someone else to do the work, while you do whatever else you do.

There are plenty of women who are unhappy staying home and plenty of children who would be much better off in a child care setting. But think what you will. Sorry your life has no meaning beyond your four walls. Hope your meal ticket doesn't leave you for a younger model.
