I'm so sorry OP. Condoms can have an expiration date at least 3 years from when they are purchased, maybe more. The fact that you've found several condoms with two different dates means he has purchased more than one box. I wouldn't assume he's having sex in the car or anything like that, it's just where he's keeping them.

I would not share exactly what you know before confronting. And try to find any other evidence before you do so, don't give him time to hide stuff or come up with a story.

One thought though isn't that it doesn't sound like an active affair because those condoms are too old for someone having regular sex with someone -

I think if he was actively having an affair he'd be very aware of the condoms in the glovebox and would have removed them before you got in the car. I think this is either evidence that he got close to extramarital sex or if he actually did it it was once and long enough ago that he's forgotten about the condom.
