Sister doesn't want to come to Christmas dinner with me

Note that OP hasn't revisited the thread in 24hrs. Am thinking she's realized that she hasn't gotten the answers she wanted. Hopefully OP is doing some soul searching on this one, but highly doubtful.

My bf and I are crazy in love.His family is okay, kinda awkward but they have good intentions.

She just says that she doesn't want to be the third wheel. I tell her that it's not like she's accompanying us on a date. There's other people there.

Having been in your sister's position many times in the past, what you are actually inviting her to do is come over and watch you all celebrate. She is basically watching Christmas. Who the hell wants to do that?

If you and your sister really were the package deal you would say "hey, sis, what should we do for Christmas? Should we go to family friend's house, boyfriend's house, or do something with just us this year?"
