Honestly, I would have no issue with wearing a head scarf in the middle east. That's their culture. I don't feel hair is sexual or provocative. But hey, in the US, women cover their chests with shirts because we feel it is sexual, and men don't. Other cultures may think that's ridiculous or sexist.
