They don't get much of a pass. The pass they get is based on the fact that when the nukes start going off , Israel is the only friend we have in that part of the Earth that can do anything to help us. It's national defense , which is governments first responsibility .

We were taught in my southern baptist church that they had a choice between Christ and the thief to save, the pharisees chose to save the thief because they did not like what Christ was preaching.
