That have been sitting around her house for a year. How the hell do they know she never wore them?! It's been a YEAR. |
| P.S. The moral of the story is not to buy at Nordstrom, but to exchange within a frickin' reasonable amount of time. |
Because they are unworn. Do you wear shoes, PP? |
Not Sak's problem. They don't give a shit about your problems and shouldn't have to figure out if the stupid shoes have been worn or not. |
Are you thin because you have "the sads"? |
Pretty much. But I was thin before, too. Sads kills.
|
| Buy the correct shoes. Return the old ones with the new receipt. Problem solved. |
| not going to read the thread. Agree w/ you OP. Return policies suck lots of places. Not much to do about it though. I try to shop at Zappos online since it's a year (!!!) return policy and Kohl's is basically forever. that's for me. |
| That reminds me, I need to return that bathing suit I ordered last year to Nordstrom. |
| So I have been thinking about it, and maybe the poster who said I need these shoes out of my life for good was right. If I can't do an even exchange, what should I replace them with? Can you recommend me a shoe that will take me forward in a positive way? Maybe it is time to stop looking back. |

Agree that Saks sucks! Buy Nordstrom - the best in customer service AND return policy.
OP, I am like you. I returned a pair of shoes from Nordstroms that I'd bought TWO years ago. They didn't fit right, never wore them but I couldn't find the receipt. Well, when I finally went to return them, they found my purchase through their computer system (dont' ask me how). Got over $100 back in a gift card. |
Can't do that anymore. Smart tags. |
| Buy a new pair. Put the old pair in the box. Exchange. |
