What are some of your favorite preppy names for boys? I also like the idea of a name that means something in another language (for instance, Agape means "love" in Greek, or Leibe means "Love" in German, etc.). Would love to hear some ideas!

Die Liebe means love in German.
Der Leib means body or belly in German.

Either are horrid choices for a name.

MY name is Liebe. Thanks.

Another German here- Is this your first name? How do you pronounce "Liebe" in English? And out of curiousity, is there a meaning or reason behind your name?

Extremely common in the deep south where people have been proud and poor (often landed) for generations.

BTW: My high-school bf was a trey and Jewish. How unpreppy is that? But from a wealthy southern Jewish family so there's that.
