Verbally threatening someone and waving a knife if not the same thing as attempting to kill someone.

Where does it say he attempted to kill her?


Threatening someone and then waving a knife qualifies as attempting to kill someone for me. (Source - chased by drugged out dude with a knife because I did not give him money.)

As to this man, okay stupid games win stupid prizes. You threaten someone and brandish a knife, if you get shot, oh well. (And with that sort of behavior, odds that he’d never have killed anyone are not ones I’d take.)
