If there's a 22 yo stepdaughter in the picture, the second wife probably isn't that young. |
Oh nm I see. The poster was the second wife, not the first.

| No, I have a master's degree. His ex chose to have an affair and be with her AP. I don't understand why women can move on and men cannot. We met years later. They were married for less than 10 years. He's still stuck financially supporting her. We've been married for over 25 years. I am not a second wife, I am his wife. We worked hard to build a life together out of nothing. |
+100 I think that was one of our paralegals who think they are a lawyer lol… |
He can’t be that wealthy if it makes sense for her to work as a paralegal with 3 little kids at home. |
Also, it's increasingly hard for tradespeople who don't have a lot of capital to start a business. Even harder now that private equity and corporate chains are gobbling up everything, like restaurants, auto body shops, car washes, etc. |
That’s true. We are purposeful about supporting local businesses - wish more people did the same. |
Yes, though it's getting harder and harder as Private Equity is aggressively taking over trades --HVAC repair, auto body repair, etc.--and it's often hard to tell who is PE owned and managed or not since they keep the same name. |
I definitely went hotter (though not necessarily younger) for my second wife. Being attracted to someone and being able to be over the long term was important. |
what area he is in? |
Lol, what is the "normal amount?" |
I don't know. But it's definitely less than you see around here. |
My friend married a woman who is a little younger, 5-7 years, than his ex and she's more accomplished professionally and prettier. But they do look very similar and both are quite nice! |
