I think Reid was only conservative with closures in December because the area gets most of its snow events in January/February.

Yes, January 7th of 2025, the last decent storm when school was closed for multiple days (which is what PP was asking about).

Huh? Their latest FB post from 2:05 Tuesday says 8-10 is average prediction, too soon to make a real call.

The GFS model has the storm trending to the south and is predicting an inch. Other models including the European still show a foot of snow here. CWG has been posting raw models not making a forecast.

The other models are forecasting heavy amounts. They are usually more accurate.
