DEI is a threat to the old boys' club way of doing business and getting ahead, which is why members of the old boys' club are so intent on crushing it. And then they'll continue to peddle the fiction that they got their positions of power based on "merit".

This.
Everyone knows this but those who stand to gain by crushing minorities won’t directly admit it because they know it makes them look bad.
It’s a dog eat dog world.

Agreed. If this continues we might start treating people based on who they are vs their skin color. Unacceptable.

Not anytime soon.

Certainly not with 77M people supporting an openly racist POS.

Fraternities and sororities don’t receive any school funding and aren’t officially affiliated with the school. They are private organizations.

And the women’s field hockey team? How can women’s sports and women’s dorms be legal if a women’s magazine is illegal?

How can Barnard be legal?

Taxpayers money was being used to fund the magazines.

Why are you all trying to apply logic to an illogical policy? Can’t use logic against a racist narcissist.

we must separate sports strictly by gender.

we must separate marriage roles on traditional gender lines.

we must COMBINE ALL CAMPUS LITERARY MAGAZINES!

We need to restore and enhance DEI at the university level as it is the only way to stop a takeover of the top universities by Asians and Indians.

We've never done this.

Which was fine. And actually bolsters the case that they violated the First Amendment.

Repealing DEI is going to hurt males applying to competitive colleges the most. They were among the biggest beneficiaries of DEI as schools looked to keep gender ratios of students relatively balanced in the interest of having diversity. On the merits, we may see these schools become more female because boys today just aren’t very smart.

What is wrong with discussing white issues or male issues in a student magazine?

Maybe it's time to try out a world where the educated leadership are women. Looking around it doesn't seem like we have anything to lose by giving it a try.
