+1

These assaults on free speech must be condemned. The government has no business ordering universities to shutter student publications because they disagree with the content. That is a complete violation of the First Amendment.

They don't even have to tolerate reading the magazines. They just have to tolerate them existing.

They were among the biggest beneficiaries of DEI as schools looked to keep gender ratios of students relatively balanced in the interest of having diversity. On the merits, we may see these schools become more female because boys today just aren’t very smart.

But the real issue is repealing DEI is hurting everyone - except these Asians, who are taking over the top universities; particularly HYPSM.

Maybe they should rename the magazine Pat and then have articles about makeup for both sexes and about how masculinity culture hurts men in fields like childcare, as well as how misogyny hurts women in heavy metal. Would that be better?

Exactly. Also, in their anti- DEI efforts, they continually carve out for Jewish students because they are using anti-Semitism as a vehicle to oppress others and will eventually reveal that they are the biggest proponents of anti-Semitism. It's easy to demonize an acronym, but we should keep breaking down DEI to diversity, equity and inclusion. All good things!
