If the club was a serious org they’d be out before the end of the year. However, it’s a
for-profit “club”, so it’s safe to say everyone knows the answer to your rhetorical question unfortunately.

I’ve heard the 2013 GA coach is out for the spring season. Can anyone confirm? Has his replacement been named?

The 2013 GA coach is MJ, not JJ.
JJ is over Aspire.

the 2013s are the only one to win a game at Silverlakes. They are also the only team not to finish last in their bracket. They were automatically eligible for Champions Cup, but if they had to qualify, the third place finish would have done it.

Why would the only team in the Champions Cup running change coach?

Have they decided to fire ALL of the GA Coaches? This group is required to implement the training system provided by the club but not ONE of these GA coaches has implemented the program. Meanwhile, the entire boys side is implementing the program. This is intentional disregard for the authority of those running the club and ownership. Par for the course and why they all had to leave FCV. Arrogance, nothing less. Please get rid of this bunch before they destroy the entire girls program. Putting them down to Aspire doesn't do any good. Look for a new staff if you want to implement what is otherwise a good system.

Maybe because they can only beat low ranked teams. Their 1 win was against a club that is ranked like 900 in the nation, finished last in the group with 0 goals scored, like 20 against and they only put up 3 goals against them.

They couldn't beat the lower ranked teams at older age groups either. Established teams demotivated by poor coaching, nepotism and yelling. Favoritism, excuses and arrogance. No player improvement. More of the same BS. No player or coach accountability.

A little birdie told me that NE was back over at Loudoun trying to get a job. If he was even a remotely decent person and competent coach, VRSC could have really grown into something different and unique (esp. with that much financial backing courtesy of JM).

From all the years we have have been there the kids(Boys and girls) with talent end up leaving for better programs and I can see why. I don’t think Vrsc is anyone’s first choice if they have better options available. Time to move on.

2 years ago when GA made the announcement that Rev was joining GA, that's the only thing they sited Rev as having. Not much has changed in 2 years

Yeh, I don't believe this either. He is still a silent owner for REV. He's been seen around the pitch a few times and at games with his GD.

Can Rev hold it together and stop the exodus? We shall see...

The rest of the clubs in NOVA are waiting with open arms. HAHAHA

Well that does it then! It must not be true since he's a "silent" owner at Revolution *and* he's been seen around the pitch a few times! Thanks for refuting that for us.

There won’t be an exodus. Maybe a handful of the more talented might leave but the majority won’t make the first teams at any other Nova Club hence why they are at Vrsc in the first place.

An exodus wouldn't matter, every player that leaves will get replaced by another mediocre player.

Us either, seems the Rev is more interested in their name and reputation than my kids soccer development. Time to move on, club is in shambles.

I've been hearing this a lot lately from a lot of parents. it will be interesting if anyone actually follows through

2011 parent and we are out. Moving closer to home. Not worth the drive for so little development.
