Directness and expectations? Do you mean yelling and verbal abuse? It’s par for the course with VRSC. There is no standard for how you treat these young girls. Abuse is a better description. It’s time for this club to clean house or pay the consequences. FCV cleaned house and where did they end up?

We are a Rev family and both our kids have told me they want to move clubs next year. I like the facility, but that's about it.

The only thing this club has is a nice facility. The coaching is terrible and the talent just isn’t there. From all the years we have have been there the kids(Boys and girls) with talent end up leaving for better programs and I can see why. I don’t think Vrsc is anyone’s first choice if they have better options available. Time to move on.

GA parent here. I love that GA added so many clubs in the area so now we have some options and we can look for where we might get good coaching. Nepotism at this club is just out of hand.

In case someone keeps deleting or going full-on Stockholm syndrome, VRSC literally exists as the vacuum that absorbs all the cuts, leftovers, and mediocre players. That’s precisely why former DireKtor started it, because his son was cut from Loudoun’s third team. After procuring the local Leesburg Medici and his $ he began on a personal crusade to eliminate Loudoun. Please don’t laugh.

This is pitiful. Clearly an insider coach calling these young girls "lazy". Any child that shows up for practice and games 3-4 days a week is not lazy. Despicable but par for the course from these VRSC Coaches.

JJ is over Aspire.

the 2013s are the only one to win a game at Silverlakes. They are also the only team not to finish last in their bracket. They were automatically eligible for Champions Cup, but if they had to qualify, the third place finish would have done it.

Why would the only team in the Champions Cup running change coach?
