Nobody wants him, but we pay for JD/Usha to go everywhere.

If I made up a dubious trip to go see the Pope on Easter weekend and took my family on a private jet to get there and had my three kids see the Sistine Chapel while I was there, I’d get fired for making up a junket and billing it to my company. And I don’t work for the federal govt which presumably should have a higher standard.
