So Vance’s four day luxury family trip to Paris was equivalent to about 10 weeks of Obama at his house. Gee, I wonder who wasted more money?

I don’t begrudge POTUS or VP who travel and need security to accompany them. Of course that will cost money. But that’s not what we are talking about here. Let me know when the Obama family traveled to London or Paris for a purely discretionary trip, took over an entire wing of the hotel, and enjoyed themselves in the lap luxury on the taxpayers’ dole. There was zero reason for Vance and family to go to Paris when his business was in Munich.

And certainly, taking his family along on business trips was something that was cheered by the left. I don't care either way - if I was VP or POTUS, I'd bring my kids along too. But the utter hypocrisy is just so comical when a Republican president/VP does exactly the same thing.

The point is that the money should be going back into the American economy. If you want to use Obama or even W as an example (and every other White House), they vacationed in the U.S.

Also. I don’t believe that Obama spoke disparagingly about Europe. Obama did not run on an “America First” platform.

No matter what Trump and Vance do, people whose minds have turned to putrid mush due to incessant hate for not getting their way, will find something negative.

Vance could discover a cure for cancer and heal millions but what would Democrats do? They would claim only certain people were being cured of cancer so somewhere there must be racism or inequality.

It is my hope Vance will be the potent POTUS for 8 years after Trump. This would set back the horrible Leftist agenda by decades. The whining over the climate would subside to a few Marxists muttering in their basements, fossil fuelophobia would end, and the Pronoun Nazis will fade into oblivion.
