I wake up every two hours. What do you take to sleep?

Anyway all of the patients without liver problems had a standing order for Tylenol for the treatment of insomnia (as needed). The nurses said it worked well.

So, I dint make a habit of it, but if I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t sleep, I’ll take 2 Tylenol - works to get me back to sleep about 75% of the time.

This is why I love this site. I am always learning new things from smart and knowledgeable people. I just looked this up and it’s true - I never would have known this.

Where do you see that confirms this?

NP, but I just did a quick Google and there’s a lot of corroboration from reputable sources. You can try it.

Trazodone didn't work for me. Doxepin has been better. 6mg.
