Melatonin doesn't help me, in fact it makes me wake up more (though drift more quickly). I will wake up, then pee, then lie there. Then fall asleep, then wake up, then maybe think I should pee, then pee, then fall asleep again.
The only things that help me are sedatives like Ativan which isn't really a nightly solution. 45 year old woman in peri. |

| Magnesium. I take mag citrate as I also tend to be constipated so it helps both problems. |
