Why is being called an “incel” an insult to men in the “manosphere”?

Woke is not an insult. When someone calls me woke, I proudly say that I am. They mean it as an insult, sure, but if I don't feel insulted, it falls flat.

Ok, well then you are just plain stupid.

White men do the least complaining. Especially conservative men. We speak at the voting booth. It's why the polls are so wrong. They talk to too many vocal complainers and not the more silent majority.

You keep thinking so, hon

Who is in office right now hon?

That's cute you still believe the election process isn't rigged in most all cities.

This ^
Woke was created by channers as a punk to demonstrate people being "asleep" and braindead to the programming they are given.

I know what it means, and I know that men who claim membership to the Manosphere call themselves incels, they have whole groups dedicated to discussing their incel-ness.

I don’t get how a man can say he’s an incel to other men, but be mad when someone else calls them that.

Same thing happens with women and the b word.

It's not the same. Young men who couldn't get laid and saw that as an injustice dubbed themselves "incels."

"I'm an incel."
"OK, you're an incel."
"HOW DARE YOU!"

Women got called bs by men who find them insufficiently docile. Women decided to claim it.

"You're such a b."
"Sure am!"
"HOW DARE YOU!"

I can call you a “b” just based on this post. You don’t need to tell me anything more about your life. I know you’re single, not very attractive, and own a few cats.

Hey-it’s good to see the L’s are finally admitting that the elections are rigged!

For the most part they always have been rigged. That's how 95% of congress gets re-elected year after year, decade after decade, when their individual approval ratings are less than 20%, yet they get 60-75% of the vote? Yeah sure. Don't even get me started on electronic voting machines. So easy to hack or program.

They have some term for it, but basically if they're getting laid by the wifey and she doesn't look like an 18 year old Gisele, that sex doesn't count. They're entitled to more. They're not actually celibate, but they think they may as well be because even if they're 3s they feel entitled to 9s and any sex with below a 9 is worthless. So basically they're gross misogynist who think the incel label is a little more pitiable.

This is also exactly the same reason many young women are not having sex or relationships also.

The "participation trophy" childhood raised them to be entitled and think they are all 9/10+ princesses when many are overweight and below a 5/10, and demanding a guy who is super tall, rich, and a 10/10.

The term for them is FEMCEL.

Wouldn't that be INLES?
Not really. On dating sites, women, any woman will get a LOT of attention her first week and really could take her pick. The choices may not be good depending on her attractiveness but she will have choices. I do agree that if she judges herself higher than the market will bear it will be tough. I also think it's the same for these so-called incels. A lot of them probably think they deserve a woman who would never have him, thus it's hopeless. In reality, women outnumber men especially in this area of the country and they just aren't willing to lower their standards. Because I assure you, willing women are out there.

aka, date the 400lb blue short haired shutin with a bajillion cats and body odor.
Yes, there is some truth to that. A desperate man may not have to go that far be he needs to be realistic as to his own status in the dating pool.

It's only rigged when your candidate loses. If the other side says it's rigged, that's a huge lie. Trump swept every single swing state and you think it was rigged? Sorry hon, you just need better candidates and topics to run on that concern your average voter. Hint, it's not Trans people.

If these men truly believe in the 80/20 rule, and subscribe to the “Manosphere”, how is it insulting to them to be described as an incel, a word created by the movement itself. Isn’t that exactly what they are being indoctrinated to believe? That because of women—not because of themselves—they aren’t having sex? What is insulting about being called a term your own cult coined?

Explain it to me like I’m 5, please.

“Adolescence” is now an official part of the U.K. High School curriculum, and is endorsed by P.M. Sir Kier Starmer.
