Trump's Ukraine negotiations already a failure

Ukraine clearly won't accept that, so....I guess that puts the US on the other side from Europe as any hostilities intensify.

Turkey has already said no to that.

Spectacular failure on both Gaza and Ukraine. Who are these foreign policy experts? My God

Why does Trump keep walking into these "negotiations" with concessions from Ukraine but NOTHING from Russia?

He negotiates from a position of weakness.

This guy knows nothing about deals and negotiating.

Inherited a fortune, blew it.
Went bankrupt running casinos.

The myth of Trump as a master businessman is a joke.

At some point, Republicans need to wake up to the fact that Russia does not negotiate in good faith.

Didn't Ukraine attacked Moscow with drones yesterday during the "ceasefire"? I thought that was a dumb move on their part. What did they expect would happen?

Exactly.

There is no ceasefire.

Wow Trump had to wait for Putin for an hour! Putin was giving a speech and someone asked him if he was supposed to be talking with Trump. Putin laughed Trump off.

The problem is that you believe that Trump wants what you want, which is to help Ukraine restore its territorial integrity.
He is not fighting for that and made it clear many times.
He wants the war to end so he can do business with Russia. That’s his objective. He doesn’t care about Ukraine. Why don’t you get it?
He is getting what he wants in these negotiations.

I don't think the casinos were ever supposed to be profitable as casinos - I think they were all money laundering operations

I don't know if the bankruptcies were part of the scheme or not - probably yes?

The war will never end through negotiations it Crimea going to Ukraine is a concrete term. The war may end through force, however, when Russia had Kyiv. Trump is a realist on this.

Russia can smell trumps desperation and they “negotiate” accordingly:
