Russian tactics are to obliterate everything. There is absolutely nothing left of Bakhmut, Mariupol, Avidiivka, Toretsk and on and on. Entire towns and cities in Ukraine have been wiped off the map by Russia.

Sure dude. These bases had limited air defenses because Putin has moved a lot of that capacity to protect himself. Right now there can be 50, 60 other drone holding containers or hiding places that can strike at anytime in Russia. Ukraine can take out anyone in Russia not just planes. You have no clue the logistics problems of securing every site in Russia from a person drone assassination attack.
