It’s called an amendment. Not easy, not impossible.

Not impossible to do. Take a look at our next President, Senate, House, and the current SC.

I wish we could eliminate unrestricted access to guns AS WELL AS birthright citizenship.

(Clearly my wish for gun control ain’t gonna happen in the next few years 😔)

And then ratified by 3/4 of states?

Again, not easy, but not impossible.

Look at the states that voted for Kamala yet elected republican governors (looking at you NH).

There are lots of reasonable people against unrestricted birthright citizenship.

Add term limits for Supreme Court, members of Congress and limit gun rights and we have a deal

Id agree to all of those things, but that’s not how it works.

It wouldn’t shock me if they can somehow get an amendment to end birthright citizenship through. But the others? Not a chance.

Actually I voted for Kamala, however I don’t agree with the open border policies

You may have voted for Kamala, but you must have been watching fox bc we don’t have an open border policy.

I’m not that poster, but we essentially do…

Most of the global north is dealing with a migrant crisis and it’s going to get worse.

Trump released a video tonight about his "10-point plan to rebuild America's school system" that includes teaching patriotism, bringing back school prayer, and FIRING teachers who disagree.

I predict that this would result in higher-quality schools, lower expenditures, and increased safety.

Donald Trump's proposed deportation policies aim to address many concerns about the impact of undocumented immigration on public services. His policies include:

Mass Deportations: Trump has pledged to remove millions of undocumented immigrants, which would lessen the strain on resources like public schools and reduce the tax burden.
Utilizing the Alien Enemies Act of 1798: This would expedite deportations, ensuring that policies are enforced swiftly.
Ending Birthright Citizenship: By ending birthright citizenship for children of undocumented parents, Trump aims to prioritize resources for legal citizens.
Reinstating Previous Policies: Bringing back the "Remain in Mexico" program and other previous measures would help control immigration levels.
Expanding the Border Wall: By continuing to build the border wall, Trump seeks to further secure the U.S. border and control unauthorized immigration.
These policies are intended to reduce the pressure on public schools and lessen the tax burden for Americans. I am looking forward to taking back our public schools.

I don’t think any of these things will happen, just a lot of talk, taking money out of the system, and favors exchanged. Also, Rs are not known to value public schools no matter who the students are. They are all for money going to private schools, especially parochial private schools.

No matter where you fall on this issue, rounding up school kids that are already here is not the way to address it.

I work in APS and feel the strain, we’ve had a big influx of WIDA 1 kids, but I also care deeply for them and would be devastated if they left in such a traumatic way

What does WIDA 1 stand for? Sorry, new here.
