That is a fact. If Facebook wanted to shutdown misinformation it has every right to. On the other if Musk wants to spread misinformation he can do that.

The government saying “we wish you wouldn’t spread misinformation because you’ll get people killed” isn’t a bad thing as long as they don’t go further and threaten the platform.

Missouri v Biden was about that exactly and the Supreme Court said that all the Biden Administration did was talk to platforms about misinformation, they never threatened them so the case was dismissed.

But if you think there was no collusion by Trump with Russia then you probably aren’t interested in facts. I mean he literally publicly asked Russia for help, his campaign told Russia where to help and then they refused to talk to the special counsel about how else they helped.

Who has talked about immigrants “poisoning the blood of this country”? That German guy and Trump. As a brown skinned US citizen, I feel like, in his eyes, my blood is also poisoned. Now, if I were a white Norwegian immigrant (legal or not) then maybe I would feel safer.

I understand it is impossible for Trump to deport the millions of brown immigrants he, and his backers (Looking at you Stephen Miller) would like to see gone. Also, while he obvs can’t jail 85m people, it’s very reasonable to expect that citizens will be thrown in camps. It’s not like felon Trump or the GOP cares about laws. Heck, Israel is jailing people without cause. It may take awhile for your case to go to court.
