This is ridiculous. Do you understand that if we attempted to remove all "brown skin" people, it would be an international crisis and probably a crime? First off, there's no receiving nation to deport Americans to. So we'd just be expelling them, not deporting them.

I've done the math on this. You're talking about the US expelling about 85M people. This is the population of all of Germany. It's two Canadas. About 8 Haitis. Even if we wanted to do this, it would be logistically impossible. Where would they all go?

Pretty easy to start accusing people of being gang members once the rhetoric gets ramped up and the guardrails are removed.

Even the super conservative SCOTUS is unlikely to allow Trump to use the Alien Enemies Act as he has proposed it. It would likely take an official declaration of war by congress for the president to have the constitutional authority use this law in the manner he wants to use it.
