It does. Basically the same reference/verses in his âMe & You Together Songâ as hers âDeath By A Thousand Cutsâ. Also in âDeath By A Thousand Cutsâ she sings I get drunk, but itâs not enough âcause the morning comes and youâre not my baby. (Joe had been her baby for several years by then). In Fortnight: I was a functioning alcoholicâŚand you are the reason. I Look In Peopleâs Windows is a twin song to Death By A Thousand Cuts, and both are about the same man. |

a new subset of the fandom has been born. retconning reputation as a matty album is absurd. itâs like the haylors believing that red songs are about harry and gaylors believing lover is about karlie. this is why they call us swifties crazy! Taylor is smart enough to write in a way that gives only the details she wants to be public. She is a mastermind at many things, maintaining some of her privacy is one thing she has learned to do. After all, the greatest of your luxuries is your secrets. Anyway, the story isnât hers anymore. |

Her stated muse for DBATC is the Netflix movie Someone Great. Which, coincidentally was inspired by Swiftâs song Clean. ILIPW and DBATC are twins simply because they both use the imagery of windows. Seriously? I feel like I Look In Peopleâs Windows is about the narrator stalking her exâs friendâs social media accounts, lol! |

I think this is far fetched, but an English friend who is a die hard fan of The 1975 (she is basically a modern day groupie  and a Swiftie claims MH & TS first met at a house party in 2010! 𤯠Supposedly Taylor wrote âEnchantedâ about that faithful night and the rest is history as they say.
I have listened to that song a bunch of times recently, and the lyrics below are interesting⌠The silhouette part reminds me of the silhouette in Style that she included again in the Fortnight video. Also, was this the first âpageâ of their story?! 'Cross the room your silhouette Starts to make its way to me The playful conversation starts Counter all your quick remarks Like passing notes in secrecy This is me praying that This was the very first page Not where the story line ends My thoughts will echo your name, until I see you again. Same friend claims Matty is in the Red album too, released in 2012. She swears the song âBegin Againâ was written for Matty. And I think I Knew You Were Trouble can easily be about him

Reputation is definitely about Matty Healy. That album is not even a question. I am more intrigued by Lover and 1989 at this point. Endgame: "We've got big reputations, we'd be a big conversation" - No way this is about Joe. MH & TS sure were a big conversation when they finally got together last spring. "You so dope, don't overdose" - Matty Healy's heroin addiction in 2014, hello? "Knew her when I was young, reconnected when we were little bit older" - "rekindled flames", they did that a number of times over the years. First linked in 2014, they must have reconnected when she was writing songs for Reputation. Don't Blame Me: "For you, I would cross the line They'd say, she's gone too far this time And baby, for you, I would fall from grace Just to touch your face. - In "But Daddy I Love Him, she references the same lines: "I'll tell you something about my good name, It's mine alone to disgrace." Ready For It "Knew he was a killer first time that I saw him Wonder how many girls he had loved and left haunted" - "I knew you'd haunt me like a tattoo kiss" - Cardigan "Some, some boys are tryin' too hard, he don't try at all, though" - lol, this is definitely MH "Knew I was a robber first time that he saw me" - a nod to the song Robbers by The 1975 "And he can be my jailer, Burton to this Taylor" - Elizabeth Taylor & Richard Burton are the definition of legendary lovers with a tumultuous history. TS refers to her love with Matty as "legendary" in loml Dancing With Our Hands Tied: "I loved you in secret (how is that Joe) *First sight*, yeah, we love without reason" - the same idea in Loss Of My Life (loml): "If you know it in *one glimpse*, it's legendary. First sight = One glimpse "And darling, you had turned my bed into a sacred oasis People started talking, putting us through our paces I knew there was no one in the world who could take it I had a bad feeling"  (
