Bad people get theirs eventually

I’m so sorry that happened to you. Good riddance to him.

But we are, over our lifetime, the sum of our choices. And even though it often takes longer than we think/ we reap what we sow.

I agree. Bad things happen to 'good' decent people too. But generally, bad people do eventually get punished by the universe, but it takes a while. Just look at the evil men receiving justice right now. You will know a tree by it's fruit. If the fruit is bad, don't eat it.

I just thought of this after reading the P Diddy post - it took 20 years for his downfall.

Please share stories of bad people who eventually met their fate, without you causing it and having moved on.

No, unfortunately I know a person who cheated on his terminally ill wife and is married to the person he cheated on and living his best life, traveling, buying a home, etc.. Now do I knwo their inner workings? But you see this everywhere in the news, various celebrities, etc..

I know a very successful woman who cheated with her boss while her husband was dying of brain cancer. The boss was also sleeping with other women who worked with them both. The boss's marriage broke up and they marriage each other when her sick husband died. He continued to cheat and then lost his successful career. She is Catholic so divorce is not an option. So now she supports him in his old age. They deserve each other.

Grandma's lawyer double charged her commission (to himself) for a real estate transaction. It was in the millions. The bank caught the double payment to the lawyer so he was only paid once.

He was a slippery character.

The lawyer died a painful death of pancreatic cancer.

Agree. Sometimes it can take years.

In my experience some people who do bad and evil things do eventually pay a price. However it's also pretty common for some to go many years before paying that price and in the meantime often live a nice life during that time. I do not believe in any cosmic karma that always happens.

Well, if it does happen. I hope God lets us watch.

Don’t you guys get tired of acting like he’s the cause of every bad thing that ever happened? You look weak & foolish with your obsession.

And you look like you're drinking the kool aid with your oversimplification of the opinions of those who are not you. I don't think your brain can handle the actual reality of this situation.

“i doN’t tHiNk yOuR bRaIn cAn hAnDlE tEh AcTuAl rEaLiTy oF tHiS sItUaTiOn!”

Are you nine years old? Because that’s something like my nine year old would say, FFS.

I'm not surprised that you hear that regularly from your nine year old.

There are drivers who *every day* think nothing of cutting people off, cutting in line in front of other drivers, tailgating, driving extremely aggressively and being a complete dick behind the wheel, and nothing ever happens to them. And that’s just driving….

There is no real Karma in the sense of the universe keeping score and punishing bad people. I used to think there was, but I’ve seen enough now to know otherwise. There is only sociopathy and nonsociopaths.

The only real Karma is that which you dispense your self. If you don’t do it, it won’t happen.

I disagree with the bolded. I was once driving and a young guy in a sports car was tailgating me because he thought I was driving too slow. We were on a two lane windy road and it was raining heavily (hence my slow driving). Anyway, the road then opened up into a 4 lane road and he passed my car and sped off ahead of me. He immediately lost control of his vehicle (it looked like he hydroplaned) and crashed into a side wall.

It’s hysterical

He’s like the Randall Flagg of the Leftists. The ever-present boogeyman, pulling the strings, fingerprints all over everything, hiding in every shadow, his weighty unseen presence behind every squeak in the floor. He’s responsible for everything bad. Doesn’t matter what it is. Simultaneously the dumbest man that’s ever held office yet also at the same time the most brilliant criminal genius that’s ever entered the White House. So stupid he doesn’t know where Russia is on a map, but mastermind of the most complex and convoluted plots and grifts in modern history. Doesn’t matter what the question is, he’s the answer, if there’s any blame to be assigned. He’s the ultimate antagonist.

If y’all just ignored him, you’d take away all this power you’ve induced into him.

But you just can’t. And that’s funny AF.

If y'all just ignored him none of us would have to worry about him. But you just can't and that's not funny, it's extremely sad.

Yup.

And Netenyahu. Unfortunately, some bad people continue to thrive and be propped up.

Agree.

And did you pull over and go to his car and punch him in the face while he sat there in the seat, dazed and stunned from the crash?

Because THAT would be administering karma.

Otherwise he just thinks he “got in a wreck because he was stuck behind a slow driver”.

And all the children who’ve died of leukemia- were they evil too?

Stop imagining that the completely routine bad things that happen to people happen to them because it’s karmic justice. It’s not. It’s just routine bad things happening.

If his wife had cut his c**k off for cheating, THAT would be karma. Not cancer. Anyone can have cancer. But you have to be really special to have someone cut your dick off.

PP, I think the comments that invariably turn to Trump in the unlikeliest threads are some sort of bot. People are not this obsessed with the man.

An ex boss bullied me out of my dream job in the cruelest way imaginable.

1 year later: Me, still knocked down. Her, fine.
2 years later: Me, still clawing back lost ground. Her, forced out of a career she loved.
2.5 years later: Me, attempting a comeback. Her, landed a nice job at a prominent tech company, probably well paid.
3 years later: Me, in a perfect job, killing it, loving life. Her, cut from the tech company during a mass layoff. Now a "consultant" with no clients listed.

It took some time, there were ups and downs, but karma did eventually visit!
