Yes! I think the fact that Jimmy chose her *over* someone else, as opposed to Trevor, who was dating only her, made the difference to Chelsea. It was more emotional, and more affirming. I think Trevor would have been a better match, but happy for him that he dodged that bullet (for now, at least, hoping she doesn't lure him back)

I think Jimmy was struggling hardcore with becoming a stepdad overnight. And he just didn’t want to sound like the bad guy and say it out loud. I don’t think it makes him bad at all. They have an extremely short time in the pods, and if he chose Jessica, he also would’ve chosen her daughter. And even if he doesn’t end up married to Chelsea (I’m assuming they break up, actually), I don’t think he’ll regret Jessica one bit. Because he didn’t want to be a stepfather, and that’s ok.

I agree with everything except the collar haha. Yes its weird, but that was the first thing they talked about and bonded over! I think it's still kind of sweet.

Do they have to get engaged in order to continue? If so, it’s very unfair to all involved to ask someone to marry them when they haven’t even met the kid.

To be fair, that is not what she said. All that man heard was Megan Fox and he ignored everything else she said. And she does actually look similar to young Megan Fox before all the surgery.

Chelsea made a big mistake with the Megan Fox comment. He had that in his head and the reality is very different. And she pretended to be a cool girl in the pods, and she’s absolutely not, too insecure. I think he had a better connection with Jess, but made what he thought was a cooler and more interesting lifestyle choice. But it was based on in faulty info. No way they stay together.

Chelsea absolutely misrepresented herself. Dumb guys. Jess miscalculated, and put too much pressure on Jimmy way too soon about the stepdad thing.

Even more than the looks issue, Jimmy is like wtf happened to the fun, chill girl from the pods? I actually feel sorry for him. A bait and switch in every way.

She is super whiny too. I could barely listen to her during episode 6.
I think he is a dud too, though.

A red flag for me would have been how often she cried in the pods.

She also kept mentioning how she was going to throw up. In the pods and when she met Jimmy. I wanted her to stop saying that.

Chelsea was unwise picking Jimmy in the first place. She is looking for loyalty and kindness, should have picked Trevor the mensch!

This is so sad! Trevor’s dog, Chelsea, died of cancer while he was gone. This is a video of him clarifying that he wasn’t giving human Chelsea the collar. They were told to bring a personal item to show, not give as a gift. This is where Netflix could’ve easily chosen to include the full context, but dirty editing made it look like he was giving her a collar. This production company is the worst. I might like Trevor the most in spite of the mullet.
