Exactly. FCV GA hasn't even begun putting feelers out or notifications for upcoming ID sessions for the 24/25 2012's that would be the next class of U13's. And yes, it's been common theme for them in years past to have already had something out for that by now. Something is occurring behind the scenes that just hasn't come to light yet, it could be that he stays, not likely IMO, or goes and FCV has to figure out who will run the program.

you don't know that he hasn't. He runs FCV and has a great track record of getting girls recruited. He probably helped build GA. He's not going to leave. FCV has been around for a long time.

I asked my club director and he said that was crazy. so unless you are unhappy with the development of your DD, then i would stay.

Just playing devils advocate a bit here. Couldn't him being successful also mean he himself is a highly qualified person to be recruited by another club?

At the end of the day it's all a business. If another club is ponying up a significant opportunity, wouldn't he just do what other people do that are employed in other businesses and take it?

There is still what has been mentioned before. The move that has been rumored this year with VDA, that club definitely doesn't fit the bill with how he runs his ship. If it did happen, I can only imagine the power struggle between all of those people.

Can't forget the past also. There was a lot going on when BP first joined FCV between them and VDA. VDA pulling out of the DA to go all in on ECNL.

Back then there was movement of girls between the clubs picking DA or ECNL and a lot of bad blood over it too.

And VDA benefited from their decisions. Their college recruiting is outstanding! When was the last time another kid was committed to Stanford around here? VDA is the place to be.
