Bonus points for Christian-bashing.

Get a life, OP.

NP. and I agree with OP and others. Most humane people agree.

"Humane" people don't use anonymity to spout their hatred on a mom's website. But whatever.

Apostrophes don’t make words plural, but whatever.

Why the extreme hatred against Christians.

Christian mission trips provide birth control to local women who wait for hours to get their tubes tied. Many already have 6-8 or more children and are desperate.

Practicing their belief by attempting to eradicate other people’s beliefs?

No. That is not worth my limited tolerance. It’s evil
.

If you want to practice your beliefs, privately, for yourself, I have all the respect on the world. Missionaries and proselytizing is profoundly hateful and violent to communities.

Why? Are these communities so fragile that they can’t stand a visit from Christians? What are you so afraid of?

They don’t want your “visit.” Shut up and stay home.

They purposely go to fragile communities to preach. You don’t see missionaries going to wealthy Hindu or Buddhist neighborhoods to save lives. Are their souls not worthy or is it because the poor are easier to control?

So what? Again, what are you so afraid of? That people will hear and accept the truth and turn from your level of hatred?

Nobody wants your “truth.” They have their own and think you’re wrong.

Your smugness is oztgeti .

Your smugness is PATHETIC.

What not everyone considers is that international mission trips are largely a modern, covert form of imperialism, where religion is used as a bargaining chip for aid.

Disgusting.

These mission trips many times supply the only womens wellness care that women ever receive in their lives.

Generally there are very long lines to be treated by the missionaries. No one local bothers to treat the women.

So do that without the strings attached. Done.

So provide the care without the preaching. You won’t, of course, because every move you make is with an ulterior motive, but if you weren’t disingenuous, you would.

DP. Lots do. But you’re so full of hate that you can’t/don’t want to see it.

In places like Haiti, the government doesn’t function and missionaries are the only ones digging wells or funding schools or clinics. The UN is busy setting up air-conditioned “reconciliation” trailers in rural places, where they stay indoors all day.

Do you provide anything to anyone? Or you just make the rules and “supervise” from the comfort of your lazy boy recliner?

In what countries have you used your own money to provide any assistance (medical, educational, etc) to people?

Why do you get to tell the people who actually go do these things how they should do them?

Are you a medical professional that has traveled to a poor country and given free treatment to the people living there?

What is your religion? If you aren’t religious, what’s stopping you from getting a passport and traveling to a country and helping people?

I'm sure most of us feel just fine about it. Muslims don't usually go door-to-door to promote their religion. How do YOU Feel about mosques in the US?

+1

Disgusting. Proselytizing should be outlawed. At least with vulnerable people.

Christians don’t proselytize. Muslims often do by threat of death, special taxes for non-Muslims, raping non-Muslim women, etc.

No Christian denomination proselytizes and in fact, condemns it.
